• Summerhill School on governance and dealt with a statutory case
• Writers’ Guild and The Society of Authors on administrative and constitutional matters
• the Centre for Attachment Based Psychotherapy regarding constitutional and membership complaints
• Oxford University in the de-merging of one of its departments, the Food studies Group, which became in part a charity and in part a management consultancy
• on complex administrative law issues which can arise and act for a number of public bodies on solving tricky problems. In addition, we have been involved in a number of judicial review reported cases, for example, R v Secretary of State of Home Department Ex p Ellaway [1996] COD 328
