  • the Conran management team in relation to The Great Eastern Hotel - including the establishment of a joint venture; preparation of operational agreements; bank funding; associated property work including a joint venture with British Land; outsourcing agreements and advising on its subsequent disposal
  • The Splendid Hotel Group on acquisitions, disposals, development, funding, planning, construction, litigation, tax and employment. The Splendid Hotel Group own and operate approximately 18 hotels, primarily in London that are predominantly branded/ franchised as core brand Holiday Inn or Express by Holiday Inn
  • high profile London hotel on employment matters relating to discrimination claims brought by hotel personnel and ongoing personnel issues 
  • Steeltower Group in connection with the negotiation of several management contracts with Hilton in respect of future hotels to be constructed by Steeltower on identified sites throughout England
  • Muirgold Limited/Romahaven Limited on acquiring and disposing of a number of hotels including the development of the Great Western Royal Hotel Paddington as well as the acquisition and subsequent disposal of the Kensington Moathouse 
  • La Tremoille, Paris and a landmark Stockholm hotel on an operational food and beverage agreements
  • The Malmaison hotel chain on their joint venture with Marylebone Warwick Balfour Plc 
  • on the refinancing of existing debt of Radisson SAS in Glasgow, for Marriott at 140 Park Lane and West India Quay and for the Howard Hotel (first managed by Swiss Air and then by Brambles).
  • Radisson SAS on the disposal of the Portman Hotel and Manchester Hotel. In both transactions, Radisson retained an operating agreement 
  • Baglioni on their acquisition and development of their first UK hotel at Hyde Park Gate, Kensington
