  • a landlord of their rights and remedies upon a tenant occupying a number of properties within its portfolio, being placed into administration
  • on the defence of a substantial claim brought by a local authority under a section 278 Highway Act agreement
  • on the defence of a substantial claim for damages for alleged breach of a consultancy agreement on a proposed development
  • a residents association in its action for a determination on the true construction of the lease provisions and reasonableness of the service charge
  • a tenant on its application for a new tenancy of its flagship restaurant, which application was opposed by the landlord on the ground of redevelopment
  • a landlord on the interaction of a dilapidations claim (valued in excess of £1 million) and the satisfaction of conditions attached to the exercise by the tenant of its break rights
