We provide this in many of the corporate and property deals we undertake, advising on all aspects of property, asset and project financing.   They also benefit from the integrated expertise of our construction, planning and litigation teams.

  • Clydesdale Bank Plc on various investment and development finance deals, including on £52 million funding for a data centre
  • AIB in relation to lending to a UK corporate entity, supported by security and intra-company guarantees across North America and Canada and on funding the development of 170 apartments for £10 million
  • a university on a £30 million funding of residential accommodation 
  • Royal Bank of Canada Europe Limited on private residential loans
  • Santander UK plc on various property investment transactions
  • Aldermore Bank plc on various development finance transactions
  • an Indian company in connection with the issue of a Euro 9 million partly paid convertible bond 
  • a hedge fund on the refinancing and restructuring of an AIM listed Plc
  • a high street bank regarding a review of customer advertising business and its refinancing
  • a number of other banks on confidential matters relating to restructuring of loans and refinancing on diverse property portfolios, corporate acquisitions, investment and development funding and borrower insolvency
