4. General
4.1 You agree that these Terms and any dispute arising in any way in relation to the Website will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
4.2 Save where prohibited by law, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
4.3 In the event that any provision in these Terms is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions which shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4.4 These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and FSI relating to the subject matter hereof (save for any formal retainer you may have with FSI) and supersede any prior understanding or agreement regarding the Website.
