Death knell sounding for super injunctions?

Mark Stephens has been commenting in the press on the growing backlash to gagging orders, and particularly in light of Andrew Marr's decision to end his own super injunction. 

Mark said: "Mr Marr's decision showed that the current system was 'untenable going forward', adding: 'This could sound the death knell for super-injunctions.'
