FSI advised the Aspinall’s Group (a 50:50 joint venture between Crown Ltd and the Aspinall family) on the property aspects of the sale of the Aspinall’s Club to Crown Ltd for £36 million.

FSI’s real estate partner Stephen Lewis led the real estate team supported by partner Chris Allan and assisted by Katherine Miller.
