'Call for evidence' under the Mental Capacity Act

The Office of the Public Guardian has recently launched a 'Call for evidence' asking charities and other not-for-profit bodies about their approach to taking on appointments as deputies under the Mental Capacity Act.
The consultation was launched as very few bodies in the sector applied to join the approved Panel of Deputies, and the OPG want to find out why. It seems a useful exercise and the link is attached.
