FSI advised the shareholders of Waterflow on the sale of the company to The UK Drainage Network Limited

Finers Stephens Innocent LLP advised the shareholders of Waterflow, one of the UK’s leading providers of drainage, sewer, civil and asset management services, on the sale of the company to The UK Drainage Network Limited ("UKDN") in a deal funded by Lyceum Capital.
FSI’s team was led by Corporate Partner Paul Glassberg assisted by Corporate Solicitor Gillian White and supported by a cross departmental team drawing expertise from our tax, employment, real estate and IP departments.
