Vanessa has a wide range of experience of acting on acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, development and landlord and tenant work for a wide variety of clients ranging from unit trusts to institutional investors and high net worth individuals.

Since joining FSI, Vanessa has focused on the retail and leisure sector advising on a wide range of site acquisitions, disposals and general portfolio management.

Random fact

Vanessa  loves to travel and is lucky enough to have completed two round the world trips. The list of places she still wants to visit never seems to get shorter though!
