Peter is a partner in the corporate team. He specialises in corporate transactional work with a particular focus on acting for growing, entrepreneurial owner-managed businesses through their various stages of development. His expertise covers acquisitions and disposals and private equity with a special emphasis on advising management teams. Peter also has particular expertise in the creation of different types of business structures, including joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, LLPs and collective Investment Schemes.
