Emma is an associate in the Family law department.  She specialises in all aspects of family law including divorce, ancillary relief, civil partnership, pre nuptials, co-habitation and Children Act Proceedings.

Recent work advising

• complex ancillary relief proceedings relating involving substantial assets and complicated business valuations across multiple jurisdictions and maintenance claims where problematical needs issues have arisen. 
• a “big money” case where there has been a significant crossover with FSA and Inland Revenue proceedings.
• in contested Leave to Remove Applications, Residence Orders and other children matters.
• general family law, in particular, divorce proceedings, drafting pre nuptial and other marital agreements, non molestation order and injunction proceedings.

Random fact

Emma is longing for some spare time to pursue her many and varied hobbies but is hampered by her 3 children, husband and their assorted animals.  She is nicknamed by her family “Angry Bird”.  This being not so much a reflection of her temperament but more a swipe at her secret obsession with the APP of the same name.
