Mark handles all aspects of property transactions with particular focus on development work (both residential and commercial) including advising on planning and environmental law issues.

Mark has extensive experience of complex development projects with particular emphasis on air space development above bus stations and petrol filling stations.

Mark also has extensive experience in property joint ventures and advises a range of individuals, companies and institutions on general property investment and several banks on property finance matters.

  • Aldermore Bank plc on various development finance transactions
  • Residential Land Ltd on various investment disposals and acquisitions
  • Celtic Motors (C.M.) Ltd on the disposal of 54 shared ownership units and 104 affordable housing units in Canary Wharf to an RSL
  • S E Land and Estates Ltd on various investment acquisitions and disposals including mixed commercial and residential development
  • Celtic Motors (C.M.)Ltd on the disposal of 646 private residential units at its development  at 22 Marsh Wall, Docklands
  • Land Securities on the forward sale of 59 private residential units at its development at Buckingham Gate

Random fact

Mark is married with three children. He is a keen tennis playing (member of The Wimbledon Club), enjoys sailing (member of the Queen Mary Sailing Club) and enjoys skiing during the winter months.
