Michael specialises in all key areas of commercial property with particular emphasis on education and real estate. He has extensive experience of substantial, complex development schemes, including industrial, offices, hotels, leisure, and particularly educational. Michael acts for a number of colleges and universities on capital projects as well as advising on all aspects of their property portfolios.
He has also been heavily involved in joint ventures and additionally advises private companies and institutions on property investment and development.

University of East London on the disposal of its Barking Campus for a substantial sum and on the acquisition and funding of Phase 2 and phase 3 of their Docklands Campus and on the construction of student residential as well as educational buildings at its Docklands and Stratford campuses

Havering College of Further and Higher Education on its property and planning strategies at various sites and also a number of property transactions on behalf of the College

Greater London Enterprise Ltd on complex site acquisition and the development construction and disposal of 24 B1 units

an Italian hotel chain on the acquisition and development of a five star luxury hotel in Central London

a substantial developer on its acquisition for development of a large site in Leeds for a hotel and office scheme
Random fact
Michael enjoys cinema, theatre and travel. He is also an avid Arsenal fan having supported the Gunners almost from birth.
