He specialises in banking and finance work and has extensive experience in real estate finance (acquisition, development and investment), acquisition financing, corporate banking and restructuring principally in the United Kingdom but also for cross border transactions.

• the borrower on the bank finance required to complete the purchase of a central London boutique hotel
• the bank on a development facility of a site in Greenwich for residential development
• the bank on a development facility for the development of various former petrol stations in Central London
• the bank on the acquisition and development facility for a site in Mid Town and its subsequent restructuring
• two banks in respect of the impact on their facilities arising from the corporate restructuring of a private property group
• the borrowing entity on finance matters in relation to its acquisition of a City based headquarters building
• the bank in relation to the restructuring of facilities with a football league club, including facilities for the development of the stadium in part to a hotel and surrounding areas for retail and leisure uses
• the bank in relation to the restructuring of its facilities to a listed property company and the provision of additional working capital facilities
