Imogen MacLean Senior Associate: Litigation

Imogen is a senior associate in our commercial litigation practice, with additional expertise in the context of education disputes where she has acted for universities, colleges of further education, independent schools and the parents of school pupils.
Imogen has a first class degree in law from Oxford University and a postgraduate degree in law (BCL). She worked as a legal researcher at the Law Commission (Common Law Team) before qualifying as a solicitor in 2000.
Imogen has over 9 years’ litigation and dispute resolution experience, which includes the following areas:
