Rebecca trained at Finers Stephens Innocent LLP, qualifying as a solicitor in October 2010. During her training contract, Rebecca completed seats in the Corporate, Real Estate, Commercial Dispute Resolution and IP Media departments. She is now a solicitor in the Real Estate department, working on a wide range of transactional matters, including work in the retail and leisure and investment sectors, as well as assisting with Real Estate Litigation work.

• on the real estate aspects of corporate re-structuring
• banks granting charges over properties
• on real estate litigation work including lease renewals
• on a contentious planning matter in the Court of Appeal

Random fact

Before starting her training contact at FSI, Rebecca spent six months as a volunteer on the Isle of Iona, in the Inner Hebrides.
