Paul has been the firm’s Managing Partner since 2006. He is a corporate lawyer by training and has significant deal making and corporate finance experience. Despite the demands of running the firm, Paul still undertakes client work. Paul has particular focus on property and the retail and leisure industries.

• on the management buy in of Cafe Rouge and Bella Italia restaurant groups and subsequent refinancing

Random fact

Paul enjoys fly-fishing, a hobby he took up just after the first of his three daughters became a teenager. He also claims to be a Shakespearian actor although no one believes him!
