Gillian is an associate in the corporate team.  She specialises in all areas of corporate and commercial work often with an intellectual property focus.

Gillian advises clients in many different sectors, her clients are frequently entrepreneurs and SMEs, she also regularly advisers AIM listed clients.

• the owners of Green Tomato Cars on the sale of their company to a leading transport PLC
• on the acquisition of digital radio station Planet Rock
• on complex restructuring of share capital for a substantial private company
• on innovative media development agreements with Channel 4
• a well know British artist on their art publishing arrangement
• on agreements for an inventive worldwide advertising campaign
• an AIM listed client with their recent, capital reduction and share re-organisation and placing

Gillian enjoys going to gigs and festivals and has recently seen Leftfield,  Underworld, Orbital, Pearl Jam and Bon Jovi. She is currently undertaking a course in bricklaying.
