Guy is a solicitor in the Litigation department and has worked in the High Court and County Court on a wide range of general commercial disputes. He has experience in fraud claims, freezing injunctions, contractual disputes, media and intellectual property disputes and debt recovery matters. He has also worked on a number of Privy Council Appeals.

Guy is a member of the Young Fraud Lawyers Association, the Proceeds of Crime Lawyers’ Association and the Commercial Fraud Lawyers Association and also co-ordinates the firm’s involvement with pro bono provider LawWorks.

Guy is also one of the firm’s representatives at the Spanish Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Anglo-Spanish Society.

• on several claims arising out of Nigerian high value bonds
• on freezing injunctions and restraint orders
• on various internet related proceedings including advising a client in relation to a hacker attack on its search engine listings
