Sara is a partner in our corporate team, and her work includes M&A for a wide range of UK and international private and public companies, owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurs, with a focus on the retail, leisure and media sectors, advising in equity backed ventures particularly for management, including management buy-in/out and shareholder arrangements and corporate finance, including advising on financing arrangements, AIM admission and corporate fund-raising. Sara is a key contact for our international alliance, Meritas, co-leads the FSI hotels group and is also responsible for the recruitment and management of our graduate trainees.
