Adam specialises in commercial real estate, particularly in acquisition and disposal work in relation to the retail & leisure (predominantly restaurants) sectors. Adam also undertakes asset management portfolio work for these clients.

Additional areas of previous experience include investment and insolvency real estate work.

Adam works for a number of household names including Pizza Hut and Tragus (owner of the Strada, Cafe Rouge and Bella Italia brands) and established and emerging restaurants including, Busaba Eathai and Vapiano.

Recent work advising

• Busaba Eathai on their acquisition of sites at Westfield London Shopping Centre, Panton Street, London W1 and Bicester Outlet Retail Village
• Vapiano on their acquisition of approximately 11,000 square feet for their second UK restaurant at Land Securities’ Bankside development
• ongoing acquisition and asset management work for Tragus Group - Cafe Rouge, Bella Italia and Strada
• on refranchising work for Pizza Hut and ongoing asset management work for X-Leisure.
