Carly works in the Real Estate team and is a newly qualified Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.

She has a broad range of experience in Unit Sales acting for well-known housebuilders. Carly started her career working for a niche market law firm specialising in residential property development  where she worked on residential conveyancing matters for private individuals and developers. Since joining FSI Carly has assisted the Real Estate team on a number of residential and commercial transactions.  

Recent work advising

• on behalf of a large developer selling individual units within a new build development in Canary Wharf
• on behalf of a lender on a number of high value residential property transactions
• a developer client dealing with a large number of property transactions which involved travelling to the Far East where the properties were being marketed
• a well- known restaurant chain on refranchising work

Random fact

Carly is a keen traveller and is currently continuing with her part-time studies to qualify as a solicitor.
