Ashley Reeback is a corporate partner and heads the firm’s corporate team.  He specialises in all forms of corporate law with an emphasis on M&A and AIM related transactions.  Ashley advises both public and private company buyers and sellers, with a particular sector focus on the AIM market.  He has provided advice for numerous companies and nominated advisers on AIM IPOs, takeovers and fundraisings since 1995, when the market was established.

Recent work advising

• listed company Yell Group Plc on the acquisition of Trusted Places Limited, the reviews based directory business, for an undisclosed sum
• long standing AIM listed client Jelf Group Plc on a placing raising funds of £19 million together with the financing of new senior debt facilities of £24 million
• management on the formation of a domiciliary homecare consolidator, Ark Home Healthcare Holdings Limited, backed by two private equity partners, Ashridge Capital and Core Capital with funds of circa £18m, for the purpose of the acquisition of numerous operators in that industry
• AIM listed CareCapital Group Plc on the £23.5m disposal of part of its UK property portfolio, through the sale of Sinclair Montrose Properties Limited, to Primary Health Investment Properties Limited  
• shareholders of Green Tomato Cars Limited, the environmentally friendly private hire service, on the sale of the company to Transdev Plc for an undisclosed sum
• nominated adviser and broker FinnCap on a placing of new shares in AIM listed Tristel Plc raising funds of circa £3.9m
• nominated adviser and broker Daniel Stewart & Company Plc on a placing of new shares in Probability Plc, the AIM listed mobile gambling specialist, raising funds of circa £2.3m
