Jonathan specialises in intellectual property, both commercial and contentious, and related media work. His practice centres around advising a wide range of clients - from large commercial groups to individuals - as to developing, exploiting and protecting their rights, knowledge and brands. He also has expertise in the areas of IT, software, data protection and freedom of information. He has extensive first hand knowledge and experience of the media and entertainment industries, software development and the medical devices / medical research sector.
