  • Kookai when Chloe brought a claim against them for the alleged design right infringement of a certain handbag model
  • on a copyright infringement dispute between French fashion retailer Nitya and Windsmoor
  • on the acquisition of premises for Cartier at the prestigious Royal Exchange, located in the heart of the City
  • Simon Carter Accessories Ltd on a number of new licences including a franchise agreement with Moss Bros to open Simon Carter stores
  • Spanish fashion retailer, Desigual, on the acquisition of their first unit in the UK. The premises, on Regent Street, will be their flagship store
