Look closer

Sue Thackeray, Head of Litigation, has successfully advised world powerboat racing champions Craig Wilson and James Sheppard in their appeal against a 100 point deduction and disqualification from the Evolution class Sprint race at the Italian Grand Prix of the Sea.  The outcome as a consequence of this appeal is that the team are now 220 points clear of their nearest rival.  James Sheppard said: "We are delighted to get justice done following a very poor decision to uphold a protest”.  To view the full story click here
